Welfare and Empowerment at 79th Delhi Police Raising Day

On the 79th Raising Day of Delhi Police, the Police Families Welfare Society (PFWS) set up a pavilion highlighting its welfare and empowerment initiatives for police families. The pavilion was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation;  Shri Amit Shah, in the presence of Commissioner of Police, Delhi ; Shri Satish Golchha , PFWS, President; Smt. Rachna Golchha , Senior Functionaries and members of Core Committee.

Smt Rachna Golchha, President,PFWS briefed the Hon’ble Chief Guest on skill-development programmes for women and children, including vocational training, computer literacy, “Mission Olympics,” and free health camps. Handcrafted products displayed at the Swayam stall received appreciation.

The celebrations concluded with PFWS members releasing balloons and conveying their best wishes for the continued welfare of the Delhi Police community.
