“PFWS Celebrated Republic Day at all Welfare Centre”

REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS@all welfare centres of PFWS 70th Republic Day was celebrated at all welfare centres of PFWS with zest, pride, and patriotic warmth in their premises. Celebration began with flag hoisting by the team leaders of welfare centres, followed by our National Anthem ‘Jan Gan Man…’. A variety of cultural programs like solo dance, group dance ,singing songs, drama, and poem recitation by children and women of our families mesmerised the audience. Few interesting games such as ‘Tug of war’, Antakshri, musical chair etc. were also played and enjoyed by the residents at some centres. The day was further enlivened by inspiring words of the team leaders who motivated the children and residents to uphold the honor, integrity, uniqueness and diversity of their culture. The programme ended with vote of thanks and a cry of ‘JAI-HIND’ that resounded in the air and sweets were distributed amongst the residents .
