Online session on “Civil Services as a Career Option”

In April 2026, during PFWS Week, the Police Families Welfare Society (PFWS), under the leadership of its President Smt. Rachna Golchha, organized an online session on “Civil Services as a Career Option” for the wards of Delhi Police at Vimarsh Hall, PHQ.

The session featured Sh. Vibhas and Sh. Mridul K.R. Tiwari, senior faculty at Next IAS Academy, who shared valuable insights and practical strategies for civil services preparation, emphasizing goal setting, disciplined study, and analytical skills.

The event was attended by PFWS core committee members, along with Special CP Welfare Sh. Atul Katiyar, Addl. CP Sh. Rajeev Ranjan, and DCP Welfare Sh. Mayank Bansal. Wards from 14 welfare centres joined via video conferencing, and the session was also streamed live on PFWS’s YouTube and Facebook platforms.

An interactive Q&A session helped students clarify their doubts on preparation, exam patterns, and career planning, making the session both informative and motivating.
