“Diwali Milan”

On Saturday, 30th October 2021, a Diwali Milan function was hosted by President PFWS, Smt. Anu Asthana at 17, Mother Teresa Crescent Marg for Delhi Police officers and their spouses. Commissioner of Police, Delhi Sh. Rakesh Asthana sir was the Chief Guest on the occasion. President, Police Families Welfare Society warmly welcomed the gathering as the First Lady of the force. The wards of Delhi Police put up a mesmerising and very entertaining cultural show which included dancing, singing and a skit by the Black Pearl theatre group that depicted the interdependence of Delhi Police and PFWS. Our esteemed Chief Guest released the newsletter and thanked PFWS and its organising committee for the beautiful evening that brought the Delhi Police families together. The programme was anchored by Ms. Sonam Chhabra and ASI Manish Madhukar. Vice-President PFWS, Smt. Priti Singh delivered the vote of thanks on the occasion.
