Abhinandan – An Evening to Remember – Police Families Welfare Society

On 24th Oct, 2020 the worthy President PFWS, Smt. Pratima Shrivastava interacted with the wives of senior Delhi Police officers in an event which was long due for Govt. restrictions on Covid 19. Mrs. Priti Singh welcomed the President PFWS alongwith Mrs. Nuzhat Hassan, IPS, Special Commissioner of Police, Women Safety (SPUWAC) & General Administration and other senior officers’ wives for a cultural evening.

The event showcased the wonderful welfare works done during the last 8 months under the leadership of the dynamic President who has tirelessly worked for welfare of police families even during the lockdown.

Smt. Pratima Shrivastava in her address focused on the need for adapting online platforms to bring revolution in the welfare activities. She reiterated that creating a tech friendly environment for our ladies will encourage them to utilise the vast scope of online entrepreneurship in an efficient way making them self independent. She also requested all the senior officers’ wives to come forward and lend cumulative efforts leading PFWS to achieve tremendous heights.
